In the global education ranking called the PISA scores, Finland consistently stands out as one of the world's top performers.
It's worth noting that Finland surpasses several countries, including the USA, the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Norway, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden, just to name a few.
While the PISA scores are especially helpful to governments they do not directly correlate with early childhood education. The part of Finland's approach to education that makes the biggest impact is teacher training.
